It’s finally here!!! The WordPress application for iPhone! I have been waiting ever so patiently for this app and am loving how awesome it came out. This app allows WordPress users to write/edit posts with ease. You can include tags and categories with all posts and also the ability to password protect a post if desired. Pictures can be added to a post with photos stored on the iPhone or taken from camera… now if we only had copy and paste! An easy work around to adding photos from the web is to first save the photo to your library, then include it in your blog. (To save a photo from the web, hold your finger on the picture for a few seconds and a prompt should pop up.). Some things I would like to see in the next version is the ability to use landscape mode and more freedom with photo formatting. I don’t like how photos are automatically put at the bottom of the post. I will probably always go back and edit any blog I write with my iPhone that includes photos (like this post). This is an amazing 1.0 though. Thank you WordPress!
